Bad. I think for now you simply have to live with setting the speed to 160
MB/s.
Problem is that the speed is basically the bus timing, ie the connection
between that host/initiator and the target. Each LUN within that target is out
of scope for the bus timing. Implicitly it's assumed that all LUNs within a
target operate at the same speed as the Target.
So when the chassis doesn't actually violate the spec, it certainly operates in
a shady area.
I could try raising this subject on scsi-misc, but I doubt we'll be successful.
Especially as a relatively easy workaround exists.
