Reopening this bug and assigning it to documentation. After talking with Jared
Allen about the issue, we need to include something similar to the following
statement in our official SLED10 documentation:
If your planning on locking down Firefox using gconf settings, you must first
set the Firefox about:config config.use_system_prefs value to true.
Additional information about the gconf and Firefox lockdown configuration can
be found here:
http://wiki.novell.com/index.php/Customizing_SLED10_Application_Settings
http://wiki.novell.com/index.php/Locking_Down_the_GNOME_Desktop
It may also be worth noting in the SLED documentation the following...
NOTE: When Firefox is updated through Online Update, the update will wipe out
any custom settings you may have set requiring you to re-copy your custom
settings to the machine.
