Partition /dev/sda3 already contained an ext3 filesystem, not FAT/NTFS on a
partition id of 0xc.
If this is the case YaST2 assumes the users know what he is doing and does
not silently change the partition id. I am pretty sure there would be users
compalinin if YaST2 would silently change partition ids when only fs formatting
is requested. If you want the partition id changed you need to do this
explictely
in expert partitioner.
