https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=275316 ------- Comment #4 from wshackle@yahoo.com 2007-05-22 08:27 MST ------- I did check the md5sum of the .iso file after I downloaded it. I didn't see a verify CD/DVD option during the boot process. Is there is a way to check the md5sum of a disk rather a file? The same disk will boot on an older Dell D600 with a different CD/DVD drive and a second DVD burned with the same .iso had an identical problem on the original computer. The images I got from my digital camera are pretty hard to read it just didn't want to focus in on anything close, and farther away the glare on the screen seemed to be a problem. As I see it now there are a list of errors of the form modprobe: Fatal : Error running install command for block_major_?? followed by init : Cannot find the CD I was booted from - doh ? -- Will -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
