https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=253407 knfeat@mbn.nifty.com changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID ------- Comment #1 from knfeat@mbn.nifty.com 2007-03-15 07:29 MST ------- According to man "Idle. A program running with idle io priority will only get disk time when no other program has asked for disk io for a defined grace period. The impact of idle io processes on normal system activity should be zero. This scheduling class does not take a priority argument." And I thought that there is no problem even if unprivilege user set idle priority. (Perhaps, I might be wrong something...) However, I have begun to think that this did not depend on SUSE. Therefore, here, I do CLOSE. If this was not an appropriate place, I'm sorry about it. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
