Summary: numlock in '07?
Product: openSUSE 10.3
Version: Alpha 1
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Usability
AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: sgt-d@xxxxxxxxxx

suse 10.3 alpha 1 64 bit

i know this seems a bit silly now that we are in 2007... but 2 out of 3 of my
installations failed to let me use my number pad at the far right.

in all three installs, the numlock key does not change the light on my
keyboard.

on my newest install, before setup loaded i hit the numlock key until the light
came on. it stayed on during most of the installation. i was able to use the
number pad during and after the installation and the number pad still works...
but the light on the keyboard is off and the numblock key does not turn numlock
on/off or switch the light.

this reminds me of just about every linux flavor i've ever tried.
