[Bug 249812] grub legacy (0.97-44) vs. savedefault

by this i mean that if i setup grub for suse and windows, the menu is correct
and everything seems to work... but if i select "windows", i want it to
remember that selection so all subsequent restart will also be windows ---
until i select something else. once a different selection is made, that will
be the default.
