clock_nanosleep() returns 4 here, which is correct - it's EINTR, as specified
in clock_nanosleep() specification (manpage and SUS):

"If the clock_nanosleep() function returns because it has been interrupted by a
signal, it shall return the corresponding error value."

Or is there some other document saying that it should return some negative
value?
