https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=242033 ------- Comment #5 from auxsvr@yahoo.com 2007-02-15 08:57 MST ------- I must add that I like kickoff very much, it is a very nice and useful improvement. I also agree with many suggestions Hadron made and would like to report something that is a minor nuisance. When someone is browsing the applications tab, he usually moves the pointer to the left over the icons, to make the distance between the pointer and the back arrow the smallest possible. When he wants to return to the first level application menu, he moves the mouse down to the applications tab and, since the tab is to the right, he has to move the pointer to the right and down, which is a little counter-intuitive in my opinion. My suggestion is to move the applications tab to the left (either one or two places) or even better to allow changing the position of the tabs, as Hadron suggested, so that a straightforward downward motion of the pointer and a click will revert back to the application top level. Also, it would be useful if programs in the favourite tab and the kicker panel wouldn't appear in the history tab (redundant) and if there would be an option to add automatically applications in history (or even favourites) based on the frequency of usage, not only based on the history of usage. Thanks for your time. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
