Removal of /proc/bus/usb also breaks pcsc-etoken on SUSE 10.2

This is a pcsc-lite driver ("ifdhandler v2") for
Aladdin eToken PRO (some special usb token).

Required Software:
- pcsc-lite (www.linuxnet.com)
- libusb (libusb.sourceforge.net)
[...]
Libusb requires (on linux) that usb is working properly.
this includes the usbdevfs mounted on /proc/bus/usb.
