https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=241019 Summary: Firefox forgets passwords imported from seamonkey Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: Ulrich.Windl@rz.uni-regensburg.de QAContact: qa@suse.de I was using Seamonkey until 10.2, but as it's absent on the CDs, I'll have to use Firefox for now. As I have a ton of bookmarks and passwords, I imported a Seamonkey profile into Firefox with success (bookmarks, passwords, cookies). However (it happened two times so far) Firefox does not remember the password being imported, but only the bookmarks (I don't know about cookies). When re-importing the profile data again, things work again (until I restart Firefox?). Not sure how much Novell's version of Firefox is "standard", so reporting here first... -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
