https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=230686 Summary: DPMS hangs my screen, unable to disable dpms powermanagement Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: i686 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: krisealv@operamail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de I have a Toshiba m200 that has got an annoying quirk where it is really hard to wake the screen up from dpms sleep. I have disabled dpms in sax2, from a usability standpoint, this ought to be enough to solve the problem. But no.. I have changed every profile in my users KPowersave dialog to not let the screen go to sleep (disabled powermanagement for the display alltogether). This has not yealded any results. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
