https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=217457 Summary: totem-plugin should be in default GNOME pattern Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Beta 1 plus Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Patterns AssignedTo: aj@novell.com ReportedBy: abockover@novell.com QAContact: aj@novell.com The totem-plugin package should be installed with GNOME just like totem is. Some time after SUSE 10.2 is released and users are using it, Fluendo will probably have released their commercial plugins package with all the codecs necessary to make streaming media sites (like cnn.com) work. We should be ready for this. Ubuntu Edgy already does this. I've tested the beta Fluendo codecs with my patched (unrelated) GStreamer 0.10.8 and totem-plugin on cnn.com, and it works very well. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
