https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=216570 Summary: Installation of RPMs by "Install with YaST" in KDE's right click menu Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Beta 1 Platform: i686 OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: zajec5@gmail.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Using KDE I can right click on downloaded RPM and use "Install with YaST" option. It runs "kdesu --nonewdcop -- yast2 -i /home/file.rpm". Unfortunately there is no any info from YaST about status of installation. YaST doesn't inform user if was able to install this package or not. Moreover when package I try to install needs some more RPMs, YaST should check if they are available and ask me for permission to install them. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
