Summary: Kaffeine won't open selected dvb channel
Product: openSUSE 10.2
Version: Beta 1
Platform: x86-64
OS/Version: SuSE Linux 10.1
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal

AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Kaffeine 0.8.2 in openSUSE 10.2 will scan and install a channel list. But when
the app is opened and "Digital TV" is selected, the following message appears
in the dvb window entitled:

"Xine error - Kaffeine player"
No plugin found to handle this resource (/home/.../.kaxtv.ts)"

xine: couldn't find demux for >/home/peter/.kaxtv.ts<
xine: found input plugin : file input plugin
video_decoder: no plugin available to handle 'XviD'
xine: found demuxer plugin: AVI/RIFF demux plugin
xine: found input plugin : file input plugin

If I attempt to select a dvb channel, the following appears..

xine: couldn't find demux for >/home/peter/.kaxtv1.ts<
xine: found input plugin : file input plugin
video_decoder: no plugin available to handle 'XviD'
xine: found demuxer plugin: AVI/RIFF demux plugin
xine: found input plugin : file input plugin
xine: couldn't find demux for >/home/peter/.kaxtv.ts<
xine: found input plugin : file input plugin
video_decoder: no plugin available to handle 'XviD'
xine: found demuxer plugin: AVI/RIFF demux plugin
xine: found input plugin : file input plugin

I am using a Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T pci card which runs very happily in SUSE
10.0.
