http://bugs.opensuse.org/ currently gives a 404, I think it should be restored
to point to a useful document again.

This URL was used a lot in the past, Google shows 200000 hits and it's even
hardcoded right into the product in many different places.

Just as an example, it's used as the "Packager" tag of all RPMs:

% rpm -qi glibc | grep Packager
Packager    : http://bugs.opensuse.org

Please restore it.
