https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=209381 Summary: aa-logprof fails when a profile is open in vi Product: SUSE Linux 10.1 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: AppArmor AssignedTo: dreynolds@novell.com ReportedBy: suse-beta@cboltz.de QAContact: dreynolds@novell.com I tried to run aa-logprof while having the profile for httpd2-prefork open in vi. Result: # LANG=C aa-logprof Reading log entries from /var/log/audit/audit.log. Updating subdomain profiles in /etc/apparmor.d. /etc/apparmor.d/.usr.sbin.httpd2-prefork.swp contains syntax errors. aa-logprof should skip dotfiles. (Skipping *.swp is not a good idea - there might be a program/profile that matches this name.) Sidenote: rcapparmor reload does not complain about the vim .swp file, so this is only a problem in aa-logprof. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
