Question on script <location> tag and SLES 9.0

So I read in the SLES 9.1 documentation that you can use a <location> tag to specify a file via a URI. I'm currently running SLES 9.0 and have run the latest patches to update autoyast and other yast modules. Will this feature be available through the patches, or do I have to run SLES 9.1 to get it? When I look in /usr/share/autoinstall/dtd/scripts.dtd I see that the location tag is still commented out. Tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
