I have a ARM64 server installed with Tumbleweed but there’s no update since june The repository at http://download.opensuse.org/ports/aarch64/factory/repo/oss/ seems untouched since the 3rd june!
Is someone know why?
https://openqa.opensuse.org/group_overview/3 Apparently the 4.7 kernel update broke some things and is since blocking the tests for any userspace package updates as well. In theory you could get newer RPMs, e.g., via `osc getbinaries` while the test failures are still being investigated.
Should I use Leap 42.2 beta instead?
If your server can boot from an .iso you could give 42.2 a try and report how it goes. There are no JeOS images yet. https://openqa.opensuse.org/group_overview/20 But the question is whether you want to run beta software with failing test cases on your server. If not, then the alternative to Tumbleweed would still be Leap 42.1.
