I am running SuSe 10 64 bit on my AMD 64 bit (Compaq Presario 3100) Laptop. I downloaded the latest ndiswraper and did make and make install. But when I did modprobe ndiswrapper I got an error saying "Operation Not Permitted". Also doing dmesg | tail giving "ndiswrapper: module not Supported by Novell, setting U taint Flag"
I also tried to compile the default ndiswrapper source code came with the SuSe 10 64 bit DVD but when I did modprobe ndiswrapper got an error "FATAL ERROR MODULE NOT FOUND" ( to compile the code I went to /usr/src/kernel-moduels/ndiswrapper and then did make and make install)
Does any one able to make ndiswrapper on under SuSe 10.
