Installed arpwatch on my AMD64 that has SuSE 9.2. Problem is, the arpwatch-ethercodes rpm installs a /usr/share/arpwatch/ethercodes.dat file that is empty, zero bytes.
Yes - just do an update of arpwatch-ethercodes from any SuSE-mirror
