have you run mk_initrd and replaced the new initrd with your current one? ~~~ Thank you for your response. I did not run mk_initrd and I am not certain what to run it against or what the proper syntax should be. I have not compiled a new kernel for this module, only used the 3ware file specifically built for this kernel. I didn't need to recompile the kernel. How would I use this command? Again, thank you. ~James
