Ok, I have a Cell Link BTA-3000 USB adapto that I can use successfully in Windows, so I know the unit is working. When I plug it into my USB port I get an error stating that the SDPD server is not running. If I open a console an set that runnig, I no longer get the error, however the kbluetoothd application is still hanging. A small op up window indicates "You may replace bluez's pin helper program with kbluepin; it is located in /opt/kde3/lib64/kdebluetooth now." The pop up window will only respond if I remove the USB device. Plugging the device back in freezes the application again. Unplugging the gets the system responding again. IN fact unplugging the adaptor gives me an error message stating that the adaptor has been unplugged. I have checked and I have the bluez packages installed. Before I switched over to my Shuttle G5 I was having similar problems with a 32bit version of Suse 9.1 running on a Dell C640. Any help would be appreciated. Lance
