That's normally harmless (but a BIOS update may be a good idea anyways)

There seem to be some problems with 3ware controllers in PCI-X slots. If it is on such a slot move it to one of the PCI slots. Does your workload include any 32bit programs? If yes, consider a BIOS update. It could be also a problem with your memory. I would suggest an 24-36h run with memtest86 to make sure it's not that. -Andi
