The upgrades steps are lots of database operations - is there a time-out somewhere ? Would the error above come from the proxy
(mysql.infra) ?
I see the 504 in the logs on daffy, but I have no idea what causes it. I have now switched to running the upgrade procedure directly on forum.infra instead and so far that seems to work much better.
