[SLE] Linux box as a Scope and Multimeter.

Hello Linux folks, Does somebody know if there any program for Linux which allows to use Linux box as a Scope and Multimeter to measure electrical parameters of physical or virtual circuits and show diagram of wave forms on the screen. I know that these applications exist for windoze. What about Linux? Thanks for any suggestions or recommendations. Linux Tree

Does anyone know where I can find an online diagram of the complete opensuse Linux Directory tree please. I need to present some very basic selfrun online training to a windows group about the linux Directory Structure for preparation to cut them over in April and can't find one anywhere. I've at least talked them into using opensuse to start with, thanks to the UK Linux Format bringing out a "5cd Special Issue" plus Novell being involved with SuSE. thanks in advance scsijon

[opensuse] so far OT it's untrue but still worth a try

I had some odd connection problems (don't recall the details, it was a while back) until I set one up - on the samba server, as it happens. You have windows workstations (Pro or home? Networks in XP home is severly broken.) that are connecting to the samba server intermittantly. Can you post the samba log from a session when the connect fails, and when the connect works?
