I missed/ignored the warnings re stale repos, and when zypper failed to fetch mozilla-nspr, choosing "abort" (by pressing enter) did not in fact abort anything. What does it do? Is there an observable difference from the "ignore" option?
This seems to be a bug. Please open a bugreport at https://bugzilla.novell.com (Component: libzypp) and attach the zypper log.
