Hi, so far using parted it was not possible to see whether the partition id on GPT was "linux" or something unknown (to parted). Since parted now also reports the partition type GUID that distinction is possible. With libstorage-ng version 4.5.15 (just accepted into Factory) the GUID is used. As a consequence the id can now be ID_UNKNOWN on GPT after probing.
