[yast-devel] appliance status: 0.0.15

After a week's pause here's another appliance. I plan another one today (beta 2) to add the EULA module, so if you notice that your package is not up to date (please DO check!), submit a new one so that I can include it. Please note that automatic OBS submission from Hudson is disabled again.
