[yast-devel] Need help for a new module
Hello everyone, I search somebody who can help me. I wan't to replace laptop-mode-tools by tuned, but the subject interest nobody on factory maillist. But if I can purpose a better integration of tuned than laptop-mode-tools on opensuse, like a simple profile selection module, I'm sure to get integration of tuned. Can somebody write a basic and simple module please ? It is just for doing a demonstration and make advance opensuse. Regards and thanks. How simple do you mean? Could you specify your ideas about UI? Should it be just some table with selection or something more fancy? Tuned purpose by default a lot of profiles stored on /usr/lib/tuned from the package https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=tuned&project=Base%3ASystem For instance I just need a module whose be able to select and make a choice between default profiles. The tuned command to lauch a profile is : tuned-adm profile "profile", "powersave for example. powertop2tuned "my-profile" allow and help to create a profile. Thanks for your reply. Regards.
