Hi, this article[0] show quite interesting branching mode (with respect to develop new features, hot fixes (PTFs), maintenance branches and remerging fixes in maintenance back to master). Of course it is possible to do it also in svn, but I think that when you compare how easy it can be done in git and imagine what you need to do in svn, then you see one of git strength.
