[yast-devel] renaming/moving github yast-- project
Hi, I think there's actually time to remove Gloves github repository (https://github.com/yast/yast--) to something reflecting the new name we've chosen. Options: 1. rename to Gloves, stay under YaST organization 2. rename to Gloves and move to a) openSUSE or b) SUSE organization 3. create own Gloves organization Option 1 would not help to see the project as independent from current YaST. I would go for 2a. Your opinions? Jiri -- Jiri Suchomel SUSE LINUX, s.r.o. Yes, 2a looks suitable to me, too.

Yes, https://github.com/opensuse looks best. JFYI, I am squatting on https://github.com/gloves just in case we wanted it. -- Martin Vidner, YaST developer http://en.opensuse.org/User:Mvidner Kuracke oddeleni v restauraci je jako fekalni oddeleni v bazenu

Well, and why is it https://github.com/yast/gloves then? Lukas -- Lukas Ocilka, Cloud & Systems Management Department SUSE LINUX s.r.o., Praha -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: yast-devel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: yast-devel+owner@opensuse.org

Because the move was not done yet. I was waiting for you to get from vacation: because you are one of openSUSE organization administrators, you can do the move (unlike me). OK, so after discussion, I've moved gloves to its new repository URL: https://github.com/openSUSE/gloves Although moved, you should be still subscribed and having your access rights, even your forks should stay working. Please change your upstream repository checkouts (URL) or checkout again. For your convenience: cd ~/svn # or ~/cvs ;-) cd yast-- git remote set-url origin git@github.com:openSUSE/gloves.git cd .. mv yast-- gloves cd gloves -- Martin Vidner, YaST developer http://en.opensuse.org/User:Mvidner Kuracke oddeleni v restauraci je jako fekalni oddeleni v bazenu
