Debugging a deadlock in Tokio

Hi all, While working on using our network service in Agama's web UI, I got trapped by a deadlock in our Rust code. You know, once you find the issue, it looks obvious. But it took me a while to figure it out :-) In the process, I decided to use tokio-console[1], a tool that collects and displays information about your asynchronous tasks and resources.
