I like to enter an URL for the yast2-scanner RPM which points to the official YaST home page.
User-oriented: http://en.opensuse.org/YaST Developer-oriented: http://en.opensuse.org/YaST_Development
Now I use http://en.opensuse.org/YaST as URL in the RPM because it has an obvious link regarding development.
Wouldn't http://opensuse.org/YaST be better because it seems to be even more generic or is it useful to enforce English?
That link takes you to the English wiki automatically anyway. I agree it would be really nice to have everything yast-related on openSUSE.org.
