Thinking a little bit further, would it make sense to unify the packages installation progress and the finish clients screen into a single one? After all, we could display a message below the progress bar ("installing packages", "installing the bootloader", etc.).
What do you think?
I like the idea.
I like it too. As a user, those details have been never useful to me. Perhaps we can offer a "Show details" option for those who are interested to see in detail what's going on. I think Ubuntu and others already do it with a collapsible widget. Deepin[1][2] does it by interchanging the slider with the expert output (aka log). If I'm not wrong, we don't have a special widget for it, but we can use a :ReplacePoint. Just a way to offer all options, but with a focus on the simpler (and probably most useful) one. Yet another option ;) [1] https://paste.opensuse.org/0a1fadae [2] https://paste.opensuse.org/3e503d61
Sorry for the "art" work ;)
