Therefore, the service is not available until the package is installed and firewalld is reloaded. The widget description was assigned during the include of the module that takes place before the installation of the package which means that although the service was available the widget is draw as it was missing. With this fix the description, tabs and functions of the widget are not generated until the dialog is really run.
