hi list, i have installed 10.1 on a gigabyte board (GA-M55+ S3G) with build in G6100. it works fine but today the X11-Cursor vanished. When starting KDE you could see the jumping ball then nothing. my first guess was that i found a KDE bug but even with fvwm2 nothing changed. only when i added "HWCursor" "off" i got the cursor back. i could not find a single problem. most mysterious was for me that the cursor was visible when kde started. using google i found these thread: www.techspot.com/vb/all/windows/t-57747-Cannot-see-mouse-cursor-but-it-works-invisibly.html is there any way to manually set the xcursor, test it somehow ?
