This means, that the according agp module and agpgart is not loaded. Should not happen as PCI hotplug should load the according agp module automatically. Try to remove the fglrx module, then load the according agp module in

/lib/modules/<kernel-version>/kernel/drivers/char/agp/

Then try testgart again and if this works start Xserver again.

I rebooted in runlevel 3. Normally loaded by the system are the following modules: agpgart, amd_k7_agp and via_agp. testgart always fails, no matter what modules I try. My system is a Fu/Sie Scaleo 600 with an AMD64 3200+ XP processor (32bit Suse) and a D1607 mainboard.
