Do you want to use the TV-Out ??? If so, you should configure it via fglrxconfig. You do this with the dual head option.

Actually, fglrxconfig asks specifically about tv out, and afaik dual-head questions don't affect it much(myself have it disabled, but tv out still works).

Don't use it myself....
