Hi,
Before I file a bug....
It appears that the issue we had in 12.3 where Shutdown/Restart/Logout from XFCE are not working in 13.1 RC1.
Anyone else seeing this? KNw issue?

that's caused by the unfortunate X11 pattern change after Beta1 (bnc#845264), xorg-x11-essential has been adjusted in openSUSE:13.1:Update. As a workaround you can install iceauth manually (and you also may want to install xset since lots of stuff just expects it to be there).
