The implementation of the mediawiki hermes extension is ready [1] and online on wikistage.o.o and wiki.o.o

This makes it possible now to configure custom notifications and feeds on hermes.opensuse.org. I already created an rss feed for all changes on wiki.o.o: https://hermes.opensuse.org/feeds/59596.rdf

I think it would be useful to create notifications and feeds for the different namespaces for example, or for the proofreaders.

Please let me know if you need help in setting up notifications. To enable the standard mediawiki notifications we have a bug pending (#325753)
