On https://en.opensuse.org/In_the_press_42.2, there are several links of the form: http://news.softpedia.com/news/first-opensuse-leap-42-2-release-candidate-ad... instead of: http://news.softpedia.com/news/first-opensuse-leap-42-2-release-candidate-ad... That is, they seem to contain an anchor, but no such anchor exists in the referenced page and using it or not using it produces the same display.
