[opensuse-wiki] Wiki Updates
Hello all! There are a large number of pages in the wiki with well-written, appropriate changes waiting for review. I was wondering how long it normally takes before someone is able to approve wiki changes. Nothing that I have personally submitted over the last month has been reviewed. If its a matter of not having enough people then I would gladly volunteer to help out. I joined the wiki maintainers community and visited the IRC channel but have yet to reach anyone. If someone could point me in the right direction as to who to contact in order to volunteer, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks, Dustin -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+owner@opensuse.org

There is recent increase in edits that need approval and I was not around for a few days.

Now a bit late welcome :) Thank you for interest to contribute to wiki :) Instead of $current that wiki does not interpret, you can use: {{current version}} that will be replaced with number of current version: https://en.opensuse.org/Template:current_version https://en.opensuse.org/Category:Timeline_templates Most likely {{last version}} should be called {{previous version}}. This complication is meant to make some articles permanently up to date, as we have to change only numbers in one place as versions advance. Although, one should be careful to use that only for articles, sections, and statements, that does not change with versions. Also, {{current version}} can't be used in a title of article. For section titles, I will leave you to find out and report how it works :) -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+owner@opensuse.org
