What is the openSUSE.org policy for such redirected redirects?

We haven't got any policy for redirects. I used a redirect from Features to Features_42.2, because we need a new list of Features with every yearly release. It is easier to handle it with a release number specific title and you can create a new redirect for the next version with "Features". All pages will be redirected to the right Feature page then. You can see that with the Feature Guide for example.
