1. Fixed title capitalization of articles in all namespaces. Some articles still have bad capitalization (e.g. openSUSE:Build_Service_Camel_Case) - I'll come back to these later.
This is CamelCase, but this is not Camel_Case :) ...
5. Went through Special:WantedTemplates and fixed most of the references to non-existant Templates.
The WantedTemplates page still lists e.g. Intro-frame as wanted template with 31 links to it, but [1] says that "No pages link to Template:Intro-frame". I don't get it.
I would say that is remnant of mass deletion using nuke*.php when Henne started. The cure, must be some, beside direct access to MySQL and deleting references manually. There are many maintenance scripts in MediaWiki. Someone that can read PHP should check. There are some extensions for mass deletion too.
6. Renames all pages SDB:$foo*HOWTO to SDB:$foo, as I believe the HOWTO suffix is redundant in SDB: namespace. Links fixed, redirects deleted.
It is. I would get rid of old article that explains difference between FAQ, HOWTO and SDB.
Random thoughts:
A. A lot of fun is waiting at [2]. ATM it lists ~1500 broken links. Most of them broken because the linked pages simply have not been migrated yet, but many also because the pages were migrated to different namespace (e.g. Contrib->openSUSE:Contrib).
That was always major fun preventing any attempt to move a lot of articles in the old wiki, and that will be a big headache once wikis are switched. We will have to provide wiki redirects for a some pages or otherwise .... :) ...
That's all for now, thanks for your attention.
