Here's a feature request.
1. Due to marketing needs, I sometimes (twice a year) have to highlight a self-made (Chinese-only) draft Portal in the sidebar, eg: https://zh.opensuse.org/Portal:12.3_draft to list the changes, features and bugs of the upcoming openSUSE in my language.
I think if it can be placed under Distributions category instead of the same level with Distributions, it will attract users to see its father portal and be more clear.
You mean something like ** Distribution *** Portal:12.3_draft I'm not sure if nesting in the sidebar is possible (just try it ;-) As an alternative, maybe you can do some tricks by using
2. I added a Chinese-only portal called Translation. which has two directions: GUI translation (i18n) and documentation translation. I want them to be displayed like this:
** Translation *** GUI *** User Manual
3. Actually it is a feature that MediaWiki supports, see mediawiki.org, but get eliminated by our Bento theme (we didn't provide css for such layout so that they are displayed at the same level).
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Sidebar contains only * and ** I didn't check it, but my guess is that they have some special CSS for the "navigation" box in the sidebar [1]. You can probably add something similar to Mediawiki:Common.css if you want. Gruß Christian Boltz [1] firebug should tell you the details ;-) -- When you say "I wrote a program that crashed Windows", people just stare at you blankly and say "Hey, I got those with the system, *for free*".
