In the last two or three days a high amount of spam has been added to the wiki. Someone should ban the user and revert all the editions done and files uploaded.
I already blocked about 40 spamming users in the english wiki yesterday, which has stopped the spam attack for now.
Thank you!
However, I did not delete all the spam pages - Special:Recentchanges shows that out of the last 2000 edits, > 1900 were spam :-/ No, I will not delete them manually.
You lazy boy... :)
In addition I'd like to know if it is possible to completely remove the user and the editions he has done from the history.
I already asked the admins to install the Nuke extension https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Nuke which allows mass-deletion.

That would be great. I hope the admids have the time to do so. Greetings. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+owner@opensuse.org
