When I eneter a webpage, I need to add the www, because otherwise I do get send to the frontpage. I asume that this is because of the fact that opensuse.org is another server then www.opensuse.org.
houghi@penne : mx -aw opensuse.org Information on opensuse.org with ns2.novell.com. as primary nameserver:
A record and CNAME: opensuse.org. 300 IN A 130.57.4.70 Record for www.opensuse.org: www.opensuse.org. 300 IN A 130.57.4.24
Still would be nice if I could just type http://openSUSE.org/SUPER instead of http://www.openSUSE.org/SUPER
I'll take this to IS&T. It shouldn't be a prolbem to set up a "real" redirect for that page, which would take http://openSUSE.org/SUPER to http://www.openSUSE.org/SUPER instead of http://www.opensuse.org/Welcome_to_openSUSE.org ;) Regards Christoph
