Second problem that I can see is space for work on proposal. One page is enough to post links to other pages with complete solution, but each proposal should have it's own page, with links to existing pages, just like real main page, and should be editable. Later I'll put some idea on wiki.
sub-pages are ideal for this. go to the porposal page and create your one like this
[[Frontpage_redesign/Rajko proposal]] or simply, in the Frontpage_redesign page create the link [[/Rajko proposal]]
in this manner * when in your page, the main page (Frontpage_redesign) is automatically linked by the wiki, and in the wiki abstract it is listed as Frontpage_redesign/Rajko proposal, making clear the two pages are related

Thanks Jean, Yes, in this case it would be fine to use subpages, but I still have to learn more about mediawiki design and proper way to use it. For now I already made index page linked to Frontpage_redesign. -- Regards, Rajko.
