I the getit page, online repos are indicated in an ill orderedmanner. to find the official repos, somebody must go to "network install". This is not natural is you installed aready the distro from the dvd and want simply to get the updates/use the online repo afterward - on 10.2 there is no "community repository" yast entry as in 10.3 the worst is than there is a "package repositories" menu on the left column, but it leads only to the "extra" repositories page. so, the best solution should be to point the "package repositories" link to a page with links to * the official repos * extra repos or to add the official repos on the left menu (probably more difficult) anyway, the left menu entry should be renamed "extra packages reposotories" jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://clairedodin.voices.com/ http://www.clairedodin.com/ http://claire.dodin.net/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+help@opensuse.org
